1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of bbauk.co and any purchase of products or services from Black Barrel Armouries Ltd (“BBA”). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use this website. Purchase of certain products requires you to hold a valid Firearms Certificate, Shotgun Certificate, or appropriate Home Office authority. It is your responsibility to hold the correct documentation before placing any order. BBA reserves the right to request proof of authority before dispatch.

3. Products

All products are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated. Lead times are indicative and may vary. BBA reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

Suppressors (sound moderators) are Section 5 prohibited weapons under the Firearms Act 1968. Purchase, possession, and transfer require Section 5 authority from the Home Office. BBA will not dispatch suppressor orders without verified authority documentation.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Card details are not retained by BBA. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.

5. Returns

Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at info@bbauk.co with photographs and order reference. Statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

BBA’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

BBA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance.
