Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

• The product has not been modified, altered, or damaged

• Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt)

• The item is not a custom-made or specially engraved product (unless faulty)

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Custom-built or bespoke parts- Engraved products

• Used firearm components- Clearance or final sale items 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the issue and your preference. Photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.

Return Procedure 

To initiate a return: 

1. Email support@bbauk.co order number and reason for return 

2. Await confirmation and return authorisation from our team 

3. Carefully package the item and return it using a tracked and insured service

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer only. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original method of payment. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@bbauk.co

Warranty Policy

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during installation

• Use with incorrect calibre or firearm

• Damage from abrasive or caustic cleaning agents

• Third-party modifications or re-coating

Shipping & Risk Transfer

• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.

• Insurance and tracked shipping options are available at checkout.

Export Restrictions

• Certain products may be subject to ITAR, UK Export Control Act, or other international arms regulations.

• Buyer is responsible for compliance and must not export or re-export without the appropriate licences.

Documentation Access

• No printed documentation is supplied inside the packaging.

• All manuals, compatibility information, safety warnings, disclaimers, and warranty terms are accessible via our website by scanning the QR code affixed to the product box.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Disputes shall be resolved under UK arbitration rules where applicable.
