This Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Black Barrel Armouries Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("Supplier"), and your Entity/Company/Organisation ("Distributor"). The Agreement sets out binding quantity discounts (which can also be found in our Price list page), commercial terms, compliance obligations and legal provisions for the resale of Supplier’s products.
